Q SIS from Aequitas Solutions is a student information system designed especially for California school districts. It manages enrollment, demographics, attendance, scheduling, grading, transcripts, behavior, health, programs, portals, registration, and operational reporting.
Student enrollment and academic history support both daily school operations and California reporting work. Changes require consistent identifiers and coordination between the schools entering data and district teams using it. A stable student identifier provides continuity across years and schools. Enrollment and course dates determine which records belong to a particular roster, service, or reporting period.
For district data leaders, the system’s significance is the reach of its shared records. Changes to enrollment, identity, or program history can affect access, services, and reporting. Schools, program owners, and technology staff coordinate who approves changes, when they take effect, and how corrections reach receiving systems and reporting processes.
