Features
HR Outsourcing & Consulting
Smart HR provides HR outsourcing solutions for organizations from 15 to 150 employees. We offer high-end HR expertise typically costing 50% less than hiring an internal HR director (or department). Each client is partnered with an experienced Smart HR consultant who manages their HR function using a hybrid onsite/remote work model.
Recruiting & Talent Acquisition
Smart HR offers three different recruiting and talent acquisition solutions to fit the unique recruiting needs of an organization. From determining the best recruitment model that’s the right fit for the organization to handling full-cycle recruitment, Smart HR can help an organization find that perfect candidate. Smart HR’s strategic and innovative approach to providing outsourced HR solutions is the perfect solution for growing organizations looking to strengthen their talent acquisition processes.
Management Training Programs
Smart HR offers a practical approach to management training for first-time and first-line managers. Potential candidates include new managers (less than two years’ experience), and more experienced managers who have never had any formal supervisory training. Through numerous interviews and meetings with managers discussing their needs and challenges, we have developed a training program that provides basic, fundamental training around a set of core managerial competencies that participants can immediately use in their managerial roles to become a more effective manager.
HR Audit & Compliance
The purpose of conducting an HR audit is to analyze the HR function to ensure regulatory compliance, that HR is aligned with the organization’s objectives and mission and the organization’s employees’ needs are met. An audit involves a review of current practices, policies and procedures to identify areas of strengths and weaknesses and where improvements may be needed. If gaps are identified between “what is” and “what should be,” Smart HR makes recommendations for improvements.
