Overview
QSS/OASIS is a complete administrative solution for public school districts. It is a fully integrated system that includes General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Fixed Assets, Stores Inventory, Base Personnel, and Position Control. These modules support both single districts and multi-district agencies. QSS/OASIS is installed in K-12 School Districts, County Offices of Education, and Community Colleges nationwide. The QSS/OASIS Financial Base system allows administrators to quickly capture key information required for project, local, state and federal reporting. System edits and forced balancing reduce time spent correcting errors, little production effort is required during an audit process to collect necessary data and reduced labor is required to disseminate fiscal data to appropriate personnel.
