Facilitron is a K–12 facilities operations platform that combines internal scheduling, community facility rentals, payments, maintenance coordination, inspections, assets, and reporting. Districts use it to manage how classrooms, fields, gyms, theaters, and other public spaces are requested, approved, prepared, used, and maintained.
One event may affect reservations, charges, custodial work, and maintenance. Facilities and business teams coordinate approvals and readiness while keeping the event and physical-space records aligned. A reservation does not by itself establish that all required services or approvals are complete. Operational and business teams coordinate those steps around the same event.

Scheduling and reservations
- Maintains centralized calendars for internal activities and external facility-use requests.
- Checks availability and routes requests through district-defined approval paths.
Community rentals
- Publishes eligible spaces with descriptions, rates, rules, and availability.
- Collects renter information, agreements, insurance documentation, and online payments.
Maintenance and operations
- Creates work orders and preventive-maintenance tasks and can connect operational work with scheduled events.
- Tracks assets, labor, materials, inspections, and service activity in eligible modules.
Cost recovery and finance
- Applies district fee schedules and calculates charges for spaces, staffing, equipment, and services.
- Provides payment, revenue, subsidy, and cost-analysis reporting.
Governance and reporting
- Standardizes policies, roles, approvals, and documentation across schools.
- Reports facility utilization, request volume, revenue, maintenance activity, and program performance.
