BMI Imaging Digital ReeL is a hosted document-image and microfilm access platform paired with scanning and conversion services. It is designed for organizations that need to digitize paper, microfilm, microfiche, or archival images and make those records searchable and available through an access-controlled web interface. Districts can use it to provide authorized access to historical records. The central handoff is from a physical archive to a retrievable digital record. Indexing by person, date, or record series lets district staff locate historical evidence when operational systems have changed.
