ReadWrite Digital Analytics is a K–12 student data warehouse, reporting, and early-warning application. It combines multi-year information from SIS, assessment, attendance, grade, behavior, perception, and other systems so educators can see a whole-student view, find students crossing local risk thresholds, and monitor whether supports are working.
The same student can appear across years and several operational systems. Data teams reconcile identities, refresh timing, and local risk definitions before educators use a combined history for support decisions. The same label can describe different measures or populations in different systems. Source definitions and reporting dates preserve the meaning of an apparent trend or comparison.
A shared analytical record influences program review and leadership decisions even though corrections often belong in the source system. Data teams coordinate refresh schedules, access, definitions, and a path for resolving discrepancies. Readers need to understand which data is represented, how current it is, and what an aggregate or student-level view can legitimately explain.
