Student Birth Country Code and Student Birth State Province Code must be a valid combination

Student Birth Country Code and Student Birth State Province Code must be a valid combination.

This can happen when you mistakingly enter a Canadian Province in the state field when you meant to indicate a US state.

CALPADS gives special attention to the code-sets for three countries.

So if you are using a country code for United States of "US", and the student was born in California, the State Province code would be "US-CA" and NOT just "CA"
