User not authorized to submit Free or Reduced Meal program data

Error Description

User must have Free or Reduced Price Meal role to post Free or Reduced Price Meal Program records:  Education Program Codes 175 (Free or Reduced Price meal program), 181 (Free Meal Program), and 182 (Reduced-Priced Meal Program

Suggested Resolution

1) Do not use LEA Administrator account to upload Free or Reduced Meal program data. Verify that current login ID has permissions for Free Reduced Lunch data entry.      

OR

2) Ask LEA Coordinatr to add this permission to user ID.
