Suggested Resolution
Understanding the Error: SPED records are transactions of meetings that took place and amendments of the plan information within the record. SPED records cannot overlap to ensure a single record is valid at any particular point in time.
Suggested Resolution: Verify the Meeting Date is correct. Verify the Education Plan Amendment Date (if populated) on other records for the student in CALPADS are correct.
Work with the other LEA if their SPED records are not sequential.
