Understanding the Error: SPED records are transactions of meetings that took place and amendments of the plan information within the record. SPED records cannot overlap to ensure a single record is valid at any particular point in time.
Suggested Resolution: Verify the Education Plan Amendment Date is correct. Verify the SPED Meeting Date other record's for the student in CALPADS is correct.
