Error Description
Students may not have more than one Part B Initial Evaluation Meeting record during an active plan.
Suggested Resolution
1) If 14.20-Special Education Meeting Type Code = 10 (Part B Initial Evaluation) exists in CALPADS ODS, either the existing CALPADS ODS data is incorrect, or the data being submitted is being submitted incorrectly.
