Error Description
If Special Education Program Setting Code equals 104 or 200, then Student Age must be less than 7 years.
Note: A "104" setting includes, but is not limited to settings where early intervention services are primarily provided for children with disabilities in a setting that is not home or community based such as a hospital, residential facility, clinic, or English language centers/classes.
Suggested Resolution
Populate the Special Education Program Setting with a code other than 104 (Other setting) or 200 (Home).
