FATAL error - Must be corrected in order to post the record and/or certify your data.

Error Description

If Education Plan Type Code = 100, 150 or 200 then Special Education Program Setting Code must be populated.

Suggested Resolution

Populate the Special Education Program Setting with a code other than 104 (Other setting) or 200 (Home).
 
OR 
 
Verify the student's birth year is populated correctly.
