Severity

FATAL error - Must be corrected in order to post the record and/or certify your data.

If Education Plan Type Code = 100 (IEP), 150 (IFSP), or 200 (ISP) then Disability 1 Code must be populated.

1) Populate the Disability 1 Code for Education Plan Types 100, 150, or 200.

2) Verify the Education Plan Type Code is populated correctly.
