Error Description

Primarily Enrolled English Learners who are aged 22 years or older and Enrolled in Grades KN through 12 must be designated Adult English Learner (ADEL)  

Suggested Resolution

Understanding the Error: 
Adult-aged students 22 years and older cannot have an 'EL' ELAS Code. 
 
Suggested Resolution: 
1) Verify if the student's birth date 
2) Verify the student ELAS status Start Date and ELAS status Code .
