There is insufficient information in CALPADS to determine the status, as of Census Day, of students who were submitted in the previous year’s Annual Enrollment Update or who were enrolled since the Update. Dropout and graduate reporting are dependent on these data.
Suggested Resolution
Update the Enrollment records for all students who graduated or dropped-out in the previous academic year for this closed school.
Verify that the school closed after the previous academic year's Census Day and on/or before the current academic year's Census Day.
