If Education Plan Amendment Date is populated, then Special Education Meeting Type Code cannot equal 40 (Triennial)

Suggested Resolution

Understanding the Error: Education Plan Amendment Date must be populated on the SPED record with the meeting Type = 10 (Initial Part B) or 20 (Annual). Triennial Meetings cannot be amended.
