Invalid Pending Meeting Type
SeverityFATAL error - Must be corrected in order to post the record and/or certify your data.
Error Description
A pending Evaluation Meeting Type must not be submitted during an existing active plan.
Suggested Resolution
Understanding the Error: A student may not have a Pending Meeting record during an Active Plan Type* A student may have a Part B Initial Evaluation Meeting for an ISP and one for an IEP.
Suggested Resolution: If 14.20-Special Education Meeting Type Code = 10 (Part B Initial Evaluation) already exists in CALPADS ODS for the same active plan, either the existing CALPADS ODS data is incorrect, or the data being submitted is incorrect. The earliest Part B Initial Evaluation is the meeting that should be submitted.
