If Student Age is >= 22 years
OR
(Special Education Exit Reason Code is populated and Special Education Program Exit Date is not populated).
Suggested Resolution
1) Verify all validated fields are populated,
2) If student age* >21, correct 14.46-Special Education Program Exit Date,
3) If 14.46 - Special Education Program Exit Date is populated, 14.49 - Special Education Program Exit Reason Code must also be populated,
4) If 14.49 - Special Education Program Exit Reason Code is populated, 14.46 - Special Education Program Exit Date must also be populated.
