Teachers reflect on their teaching practice to support student learning. They establish professional goals and engage in continuous and purposeful professional growth and development. Guidance: Prioritize work-life balance through structured time management, peer support systems, and clear boundaries between personal and professional time.
Manage stress and maintain a positive attitude with students and colleagues
Guidance: Practice mindfulness, gratitude journaling, and restorative conversations. Promote positivity through classroom rituals, affirmations, and shared accomplishments.
Address the complications and challenges of teaching
