I'm hoping I can get some clarification here as to if we really need to report preschool special ed teachers. All the resources I have seen state if the certificated staff has a SEID then they may be reported but it's optional. With that said, would choosing NOT to report them mean excluding their SDEM as SASS records? I feel as if it's appropriate to report but none of "Non-class based" assignments that I can use with a 12-Teacher align with what they are truly doing. I appreciate any suggestions!
