CAASPP and ELPAC website redesign launches!

The CAASPP and ELPAC websites have been redesigned and combined into a single website that can be accessed at www.caaspp-elpac.org. Beginning today and extending through June, a soft launch of the new website provides LEA coordinators early access to become familiar with the new website prior to the 2024–25 administration year.

The CAASPP Website and ELPAC Website will remain available for the remainder of the 2023–24 administration, and test administrators and test examiners can continue to use those sites to complete 2023–24 testing. It is at your discretion to determine the best timing to introduce site and school staff to the new website.

Webinar

To help orient you to the new website, ETS invites you register for the CAASPP & ELPAC Website Redesign Demonstration Webinar on May 21, 2024, 2–3 p.m.

Key Dates

  • May 7, 2024—Soft launch of www.caaspp-elpac.org
  • May 21, 2024—CAASPP & ELPAC Website Redesign Demonstration Webinar
  • July 3, 2024—The CAASPP Website and ELPAC Website will be retired and will no longer be available. ETS implements redirects from retired websites to the new website.

Note: The redesigned website does not include changes to systems such as the Test Operations Management System (TOMS), the Test Administrator Interface, the Teacher Hand Scoring System, or other testing systems. URLs for the Moodle Training Site and the CAASPP and ELPAC Manuals website will remain the same. Anita the Chatbot will also be available on the new website on July 3, 2024.

We appreciate the support from LEA coordinators and educators who participated in multiple focus groups, surveys, and live polls, allowing ETS to make refinements to design concepts to best support the needs of our users. A CAASPP & ELPAC Website Redesign Feedback Form is available from the home page until September 30, 2024, for users to provide additional feedback.
